MPlan is an independent study-planning utility. MPlan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC®). MCAT® and AAMC® are registered trademarks of the Association of American Medical Colleges. Any references to AAMC® materials, exams, or question banks are for identification and scheduling convenience only.

MPlan provides algorithmic study-planning recommendations on an "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service does not guarantee any specific MCAT® score, score improvement, percentile, or medical school admission outcome. Your results depend on factors outside MPlan's control, including your effort, prior knowledge, test-day conditions, and third-party content you choose to use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPlan and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of scores, admission opportunities, data, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

MPlan's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to MPlan in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MPlan and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your use of third-party prep materials in connection with the Service.

MPlan schedules and organizes study tasks. It does not own, license, sell, or warrant third-party prep materials that may appear in a plan, including without limitation materials from UWorld, Blueprint, Kaplan, Altius, The Princeton Review, Examkrackers, Khan Academy, or AAMC®. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own lawful access to those products. MPlan makes no warranty that scheduled resources will remain available, accurate, or suitable for your exam date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or sublicense access to the Service.

The Service, including the planning engine, interface, and related software, is owned by MPlan and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the planner's source, models, or non-public data except as allowed by mandatory law.

Paid access is sold as a one-time Stripe Checkout unlock (including 3-month, 6-month, and extended tiers, and paid upgrades between those tiers). MPlan does not bill as an auto-renewing subscription, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. Unlocks are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Starting a new plan ("Start Fresh") archives your current schedule and preserves paid access on your profile. Expiring a plan according to product rules clears paid entitlements.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
